Stuffed Bread - Sun Dried Tomatoes/Olives/Roasted Garlic

Never tried to make a stuffed bread recipe before... and I think I may be missing something.  It tasted really good but visually I would have liked a nice spiral of filling on the inside.  Instead I got a crescent of stuff near the bottom.    Oh Well.
Yummy. Used an old bread recipe with slightly more yeast than normal.
Topping was mostly rosemary and sea salt with some dried/roasted garlic.  Possibly some other stuff... usually i just wing it for stuff like this. 
Stuffing!  A mix of roasted garlic, sun dried tomatoes, olives, and some spices.  Really good, although possibly a bit heavy on the sun dried tomatoes.  I'll use a bit less next time.  Garlic roasted in a pan this time... i should have used the oven but I was lazy.

Green-beans and Mushrooms with a Shiitake-Jalapeno Teriyaki Sauce.

Like the title says.  Sauce was awesome.  Unfortunately recipe was "toss stuff in a pot and reduce while you cook beans and mushrooms".  I made it up.  Included jalapeƱos,  shiitake mushrooms,  oyster sauce,  brown sugar,  soy sauce,  and garlic.  And vegetable broth.  All reduced while the green-beans and mushrooms were stir-fried.  Combined and served over white rice with crushed walnuts to top.
Nom nom nom. 

Oh walnuts.  You are delicious.
